The space

A studio built for people whoactually shoot in it.

Labella has a handful of themed zones, each with its own backdrop and props. Classic or modern, tight product work or a full crew day, the room adapts without a rebuild. Everything you need is already on site: the lights, the stands, the mirror, the rail for your wardrobe.

We moved into the Diagram Building in Coquitlam City Centre, so the studio now sits five minutes from Lincoln SkyTrain and a short walk from Coquitlam Centre, with visitor parking downstairs.

    A professional infinity wall with no corner to fight in post. Seamless backgrounds, crisp edges, and a subject that actually stands out.

    Natural and Artificial Lighting

    Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with daylight. When you need control instead, the strobe kit, gels and soft boxes are already here and ready to go.

    A dedicated corner with a mirror and good light so your artist works comfortably and your subject is not perched on a stool in the middle of set.

Studio rules

Six things we askof everyone.

  1. 1

    Booking and cancellation

    All sessions are booked in advance. Let us know at least 48 hours before your start time if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a cancellation fee applies.

  2. 2

    Booking time

    The studio is booked for a minimum of one hour. Plan setup and teardown inside your reserved time so the next photographer starts on schedule.

  3. 3

    Use of space

    Your booking covers the areas listed in your package. Stay within your zone so everyone gets the privacy and room they paid for.

  4. 4

    Equipment use

    Handle the gear with care. You are responsible for damage during your session. Ask if you are unsure how something works — we would rather show you than replace it.

  5. 5

    Cleanliness

    Leave the studio the way you found it. Props and equipment go back where they came from, trash goes in the bins provided.

  6. 6

    Safety first

    No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances in the studio. Follow the safety guidance you get during orientation, especially around electrical and heavy equipment.
